1. Pagtanggap ng Mga Tuntunin

Sa pamamagitan ng paglikha ng account o paggamit ng Swaply, sumasang-ayon ka sa mga Tuntunin at Kondisyon na ito. Kung hindi ka sumasang-ayon, hindi mo maaaring gamitin ang platform.

2. Kakayahan

Dapat kang maging hindi bababa sa 16 taong gulang upang gamitin ang Swaply. Ang mga menor na may edad 16-18 ay nangangailangan ng pahintulot ng magulang. Ikaw ay responsable sa pagpapanatili ng pagiging ligtas ng iyong mga kredensyal ng account.

3. Mga Patakaran sa Account

One account per person. Provide accurate information and do not share credentials. Account deletion is handled through the GDPR deletion workflow available from Profile > Account & Settings; some records may be deleted, anonymized, or retained where required for security, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.

4. Mga Patakaran sa Swap

Swaply facilitates voluntary exchanges and arrangements between users across Objects, Properties, Services, and Events. Swaply is not a party to the agreement between users. Participants are responsible for confirming the scope, condition, timing, logistics, and other terms of their exchange before completion.

5. Bawal na Nilalaman

Illegal goods, services, activities, or transactions are prohibited. This includes weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, and other content or transactions prohibited by applicable law. Users must not use Swaply to offer or arrange regulated or unlawful activity. Listings or accounts that violate these rules may be restricted, removed, reported, or suspended after review.

6. Pag-moderate ng Nilalaman

Swaply provides reporting, blocking, and dispute tools to help users address inappropriate content, unsafe behavior, or exchange problems. Reports and disputes may be reviewed and acted on under the platform's safety controls. Swaply does not guarantee that every private message is automatically screened or moderated before delivery. AI may be used for specific product functions, such as item analysis, where disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitasyon ng Responsibilidad

Swaply is provided as a platform for users to discover and arrange exchanges. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swaply does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, availability, delivery, performance, or outcome of user-provided objects, properties, services, events, or arrangements. Users should use appropriate precautions, tracked logistics where relevant, and the available report, block, and dispute tools when necessary.

9. Intelektwal na Ari-arian at Copyright

Gumagalang ang Swaply sa karapatan sa intelektwal na ari-arian at inaasahan mula sa mga user na gawin din ang parehong batas. Hindi dapat mag-upload ang mga user ng nilalaman na lumalabas sa copyright o tatak ng iba. Sumusunod ang Swaply sa Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) at alisin ang nilalaman na sumasalamin sa karapatang-autora pagkatapos makatanggap ng mga valid na takedown notice. 8. Mga Pagbabago sa Mga Tuntunin

Maaari naming i-update ang mga terminong ito anumang oras. Ang patuloy na paggamit ng platform pagkatapos ng mga pagbabago ay bumubuo ng pagtanggap. Ang malalaking pagbabago ay ipapahatid sa pamamagitan ng notipikasyon.
