By creating an account or using Swaply, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Swaply. Minors between 16-18 require parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
One account per person. Provide accurate information. Do not share credentials. You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Account & Settings.
Swaply facilitates object exchanges between users. All swaps are voluntary agreements between participants. Swaply is not a party to any swap and bears no liability for the condition of exchanged items. Both parties must confirm each step of the exchange process.
Illegal items, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited. Swaply reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules and to suspend the associated account.
All messages are automatically moderated for profanity, personal data leaks, and spam. AI-based content analysis is used for item classification. Users may report inappropriate content or behavior.
Swaply is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from swaps, including but not limited to item quality, shipping issues, or no-shows. Users are encouraged to meet in public places and use tracked shipping.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via notification.
