Content ownership, intellectual property rights, and trademark policy
Users retain full ownership of the content they upload to Swaply, including photos, descriptions, and other materials. By uploading content to Swaply, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Swaply platform. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
Users must not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. This includes: photographs taken by others without permission, copyrighted product descriptions copied from other websites, third-party registered trademarks or logos, protected artwork, designs, or creative works used without authorization. Violations will result in content removal and may lead to account suspension.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any content they upload. You may list items you own and photograph them yourself. You may write original descriptions. You must not copy content from other platforms, use stock images you haven't licensed, or misrepresent the ownership of intellectual property. If in doubt about whether you can use certain content, err on the side of caution and create original materials.
The Swaply platform, including its name, logo, design, source code, algorithms, and all associated materials, is the intellectual property of Swaply and its creators. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Swaply's platform without express written permission. The Swaply brand, including the name and logo, are protected marks.
The Swaply name, logo, and associated branding are protected trademarks. Use of the Swaply trademark is only permitted in accordance with our brand guidelines. To report unauthorized use of the Swaply trademark, or if you believe your trademark is being misused on our platform, contact us at legal@swaply.world.
